Description

Built around the same lightweight triple-butted 6061 aluminium frame with trail-friendly geometry as its little brother, the Zircon 1 takes the promise of the Zircon 2 to the next level.

We’ve opted for a 20-speed SRAM X7 transmission with a SRAM S1000 2×10 chainset for cleaner, crisper shifting, lighter weight and a better ratio of gears for the off-road biker.

Featuring 120mm of buttery-smooth travel up front courtesy of a RockShox Recon fork. Upgraded Avid Elixir 3 brakes for ultimate all-weather stopping power and rounded off with Schwalbe tyres and Truvativ finishing kit. The Zircon 1 is the perfect partner for all-day epics, trail centre black runs or fun in the forest.

Triple-Butted Heat Treated 6061 Aluminium Frame & RockShox Recon Gold RL Forks
A lightweight triple-butted, heat treated 6061 aluminium frame features hydroformed tubing and a replaceable derailleur hanger combining rugged capability and responsive handling.

RockShox Recon Gold RL coil sprung forks offer 120mm of buttery smooth trail taming travel with lock-out for climbing.

SRAM Groupset 
A full SRAM groupset comprising of X7 shifters and derailleurs and 2×10 SRAM chainset presents a full complement of gears and a double ring set up that will keep the weight weenies happy yet still offer a wide enough gear ratio to tackle the steepest gradients. Avid Elixir 3 hydraulic disc brakes are paired with 160mm rotors front and rear to provide powerful, controllable stopping power in a lightweight package.  A  SRAM/Mavic wheelset is wrapped in Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres which combine lightweight performance with predictable handling characteristics.

Finishing Kit
Truvativ Stylo T30 seatpost, stem and riser bars are no-nonsense trail proven components that won’t fail to impress. Finishing kit is completed by Vitus and X-Lite.
