Built around our triple-butted, heat-treated 6061 aluminium frame, the Nucleus offers 100mm of front suspension travel with lockout mode for city streets or fire-road climbs; high-volume tyres for comfort and grip; powerful mechanical disc brakes for reliable stopping power – even in the wet – and a 27-speed transmission to get you over the steepest ascents.

Triple-butted Heat Treated 6061 Aluminium Frame & RockShox XC30 Forks
A lightweight triple-butted, heat treated 6061 aluminium frame features hydroformed tubing and a replaceable derailleur hanger combining rugged capability and responsive handling.Front suspension is controlled by the dependable

RockShox XC30 forks with 100mm of bump absorbing travel with Lock-Out for climbing and general commuting. With disc brake mounts as standard; the Vitus Nucleus leaves rim brakes where they belong, on the road!

SRAM Groupset
A full SRAM groupset with X4 shifters and derailleurs and a triple chainset at the heart of the drivetrain will offer a wide gear ratio which will suit novice and enthusiast riders alike. Stopping power is provided by Avid BB5 mechanical disc brakes front and rear bringing high performance braking to the masses. A  SRAM/Mavic wheelset is wrapped in Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres which will keep you rolling along with minimal fuss.  We give you lightweight performance for everyday use combined with strength and durability for off-road duties.

Truvativ Stylo bars and stem take care of the steering duties in a lightweight yet durable trail ready package.
