Custom-Moulded High-Modulus UD Carbon Frame – 1.4kg Frame Weight
Sharing the same custom-moulded high-modulus monocoque carbon frame as the Vitus Rapide 1 which offers lightweight performance and a responsive ride whilst exceeding CE EN14766 safety standards. Featuring an oversized headtube and bottom bracket for unsurpassed stiffness and transfer of power with replaceable dropouts as standard.

The Rockshox SID RL DualAir fork features a 15m Maxle Lite thru-axle for ultimate stiffness and flawless tracking through corners. With 100mm of silky smooth travel and a lock-out mode for climbing; the Rapide 2 is as comfortable on the starting line as it is on the open hills.

SRAM Groupset 
A full SRAM X9 groupset featuring a 2×10 transmission combines lightweight performance with a full complement of gears for XC race duties. SRAM X9 is renowned for crisp, positive shifting and will ensure a sloppy gear change does not rob you of podium glory. Avid Elixir 7 Carbon hydraulic disc brakes with 160mm rotors provide powerful braking in all conditions ensuring maximum confidence and control.

Fulcrum Red Power Wheelset & Schwalbe Tyres
Add to the mix a tough but lightweight Fulcrum Red Power wheelset for snappy acceleration and you have a bike that’s durable and comfortable enough for long sessions in the saddle but is ready to leap into action once you put the power down. Schwalbe Nobby Nic tyres provide low rolling resistance and bags of traction for impeccable trail handling.
