Decium. The spirit of competition.
Triple-Butted 6061 Aluminium Frame & Full UD Carbon Fork
The Decium features a triple-butted 6061 aluminium frame with custom-drawn aerospace tubing delivering a ride as light, stiff and responsive as any comparable carbon. A full UD carbon fork with tapered steerer reduces road buzz and provides precise point and shoot handling; the Vitus Decium will feel right at home on the starting line of your local triathlon or club criterium.
Shimano 105 5700 & FSA Groupset
Race ready performance is provided by Shimano’s 105 5700 shifters and derailleurs. As technology advances many features trickle down from Dura Ace to 105 presenting an incredibly slick performer with improved aesthetics. The heart of the transmission is an FSA Gossamer Pro 50/34 compact chainset offering a club race friendly gear ratio that will be equally at home on longer weekend training rides.
Finishing Kit
FSA finishing kit provides a solid base for your introduction into competitive racing with no-nonsense aluminium components that will outperform many carbon offerings from similar brands. Handling will be enhanced by the FSA RD-60 wheelset and Schwalbe Lugano tyres offering low rolling resistance and snappy acceleration. .
