Cycling Active, March 2011 features the Vitus Zenium Road bike.  At just £799.99, the Zenium went up against offerings from Jamis and  Sintesi below at £850 Stg mark.

Scoring a respectable 88% the Zenium Cycling Active said in it’s verdict "There’s no escaping the sheer finesse of the Vitus Zenium, which has been put together with both a strict £800 budget and focus on the priority of keeping the wheels turning longer.  If it was a full ride, it would all be for naught but it’s a delight, both to look at and a to pedal around twisty Surrey lanes in the freezing cold.  Given all day and a sunny sky, we’re confident that this is a bike you’d enjoy so much you’d want to keep for the duration."

"At under 21lb, with brilliant handling and decent componentry, a position low enough for racing but high enough at the front to adjust for the comfiest ride; it all adds up to the kind of bike that might metamorphose over the years to all kinds of uses except touring.  It’s a winner – well almost"

The Zenium came 2nd with 88% to the Jamis Ventura which scored 90%
